Hello Everybody,
I just wanted to let you all know I am ok and so is my partner Robbie and our dog Kermit.. but on Easter 4/12/2020 our Home Burned.
We got out with only the clothes on our backs and we are grateful for that and of course thankful. But it has been difficult to say the least dealing with everything and the loss. I Lost all of my Vacuum cleaners, all 250 of them and even though it is just "Stuff" to most and again, I'm grateful to be alive, it is devastating to lose my entire collection.
A lot of my vacuums can be replaced, and we have insurance... but this Fire just made me lose my love and passion for my Vacuum collection considering they all perished and seeing them burned and broken was a lot for me to handle! I do have about a dozen vacuums that can't be replaced and the only one that breaks my heart is my Bissell Anna Hybrid Vacuum. It's all just so overwhelming that I want to take some time to figure this all out.
I will have that time as sadly it will be 6 to 8 Months before we will get to move back into our home. The structure is still standing, but basically they will have to gut the entire home and everything on the inside will be rebuilt and renovated. So I am going to think about everything and figure out what I want to do. But I did want to share with you guys and let you know we are ok, but had a home fire.
Ok, well I hope everyone is safe and healthy during this pandemic. If I get some replies and comments from this post, I am considering paying to upgrade my membership here again, since it ran out a few months ago. I'm just feeling so overwhelmed and disorganized that I am taking it day by day. But I will say I missed you guys here and it would be nice to keep in touch. I hope some of you want the same. Take care!

P.S. I am sorry this is NOT the forum to post this thread, but without a membership my choices were limited and since my entire collection was all brand new and newer than the last 20 years.. I chose this one. Thanks
