Well,
I thank you BOTH for those compliments. I'd never brag, and my entire "collection", as extensive as it has become, is not all together, perfect for viewing in it's entirety. Anyone who has a collection knows how long it takes or has taken.
Including coffee pots, blenders, toasters, irons, rotisseries, toaster ovens, electric blankets, irons, electric knives, waffle bakers, fondue pots, mixers, hair dryers, polishers, AND vacuum cleaners, there are at least 450 HOOVER products in this old house. I also am proud of having a lot of memorabillia... posters, ads, screwdrivers, thimbles, frisbees, pens, oil cans, matches, staplers, typewriters, letter openers, shirts, mugs, a salesman's case, candle snuffer, tree ornaments, brochures, etc.
My close friend, Tom Anderson, who lives in North Canton, has, probably the largest, most complete collection of "all things HOOVER". HE was MY inspiration.... if ever I'd imitate ANYONE, he would be it. He has helped my know so much about the Hoover Company, and has introduced me to a wonderful world.
Because of that, I enjoy entertaining people in my home and sharing all of it with them.
