Hitachi 760D

Hi, I've just got this out of my cellar to use and have got CV760 bags for it. Are they the right bags and does anyone know how they fit? They're open ended...

I had a Hitachi 580 upright a long long time ago. From memory I used an old Hoover Powerplus dust bag clip for the open ended bag and yes the CV760 dust bags should fit - they also fit CV460 Series, CV560 Series, CV580 Series, CV760 Series, CV770 Series, CV775 Series, CV780 Series, CV785 Series, CV790 Series, CV975 Series.

You might have to fold the bag open end over a few times to ensure it locks into the clip though.

Hi James,

There should be a plastic clip that the bag sits in, and then that clips inside the bag housing. I'll get some pictures up of mine later.
