High Tech World..?

Tell me what's wrong with this Piture of these people here holding their phones in space. I see it as the new Dissociated, Detached Society of the new millenium.
1) Would they actually be able to live on a Deserted island if they had to.?
2) Could they repair a Vacuum.? or would they ever learn to repair anything at all..?
3) Do they have any social skills behond Twitter or Facebook..?

This is my take on the Planet at large and the people in it.

They look like the kind of people who couldn't change the main motor bearing in a Vacuum Cleaner. For that reason, I hate them already.
