Help with Shake Out Bag ID

Hello Everyone...this bag came off a Hoover model 28, and I imagine it is not original but I have never seen one like it before. Doesn't say Hoover on it anywhere. Nondescript brown bag with white dots in vertical lines. White lettering fairly crisp and clear.

Any ideas?

I know that this is an aftermarket replacement, but I am not sure if it is made by DVC

it's bojack. These were very popular through most of the 50's.
