Is it possible to use a Sebo ET1 PN with other cleaners?

Is it possible to get hold of a power cord or a connector that will fit the ET1?

Any help will be very much appreciated

Yes it is, they make an adaptor for it that converts it to the standard 1.25 (32mm) it also has a pigtail on it. Part number 2780am, i couldn't find it on the sebo.co.uk site, but they also lack a power nozzle listing, i'd guess you may want to check other sources or perhaps contact Sebo.
