Help -Miele Parts Needed...

Hello All,

I have a Miele S7580 Swing which I purchased from my Local Diamond Dealer on 07/23/11...

After a little more then 1 year, the Main power on/off switch seems to be on the way out - You can barely push it to turn it on or off - It is very stiff... Since the warranty on the entire machine is only one year, I want to replace either the switch or the handle assembly...

I can not locate a source for either a new complete handle assembly, or switch, on the web - I know my diamond dealer will not sell parts, only the repair which I can do myself...

Can anyone tell me of a website that sell Miele Parts on-line? Or, Is anyone a current Miele Dealer that would be willing to order the handle assembly or switch?

I would contact Scott Arkell, piano_god, here on Vacuumland. He is a Miele dealer. Scott is a friend of mine, & for good reason....he has always been VERY helpful to me, & to other people on my Facebook group as well. Perhaps if you can send him a message on Facebook, or send him an email if you're not on Facebook, he can help you out.

Check your warranty

Miele should have a two year warranty and 7 years on motor and housing.
