It's not a screen, it's a cloth bag that was used as the filter between the motor and the dust chamber.

I belive the motor was the same one used in the Diamond Jubilee, or at least it was in the 1985 CB2000. I'm not sure about the suspension ring 42833 being the same as on the DJ and I know the DJ didn't have a bulkhead seal 43116.
