Part #1 (53004A, reply #2) you describe was used on Royal's revolving-brush uprights, of which the first ones go back to shortly after the Great Depression but before WWII, including the model 65 and then the 153. Until around WWII, this fan too would have had five blades, so the one you found is presumably for models made after WWII. The first Electro-Hygiene revolving-brush metal upright, however, was the model 285 introduced in 1955. I presume this was replaced with 53004B (1-053004-000 after 1975) in the 1950s, which had a long run up to 1990.
Parts #2 and #3 (both 3004A, also in reply #2) were for their straight-suction cleaners, including models 130 and the Electro-Hygiene (2-)230. Part #2 has one less blade which might mean it was used on the pre-WWII machines, whereas part #3 is more common and used on the post-WWII straight-suction cleaners. The 3004B fan (items A, B and C as seen in your OP) succeeded this in the 1950s, with its final use being the model 311 heavy duty commercial upright; this part was renumbered as 1-003004-000 after 1975.
I too wish I knew what part #4 (as well as the 313 fan in reply #1) is for... that would have to be for a really old Royal cleaner, probably one made before the Great Depression.
