I found an advertisement in 1924. The vacuum looks like a eureka vacuum but could be a vacuum company bought out early in existence. I want to say it's similar to maybe bee vacuum or premier deluxe vacuum.
The value is under $50 unless it's super rare. I don't think it's super rare so under $50 is about the value. If it's fixed up maybe $50-$100. That's with a bag in good running condition. If you buy a bag it may cost more than vacuum is worth.

Sweeper Vac is/was its own company. I have a little hand vac from them. This one is likely late 1920s or early 30s. It looks mostly complete, but it's hard to tell the condition of the details, like the bag, wheels, rubber parts, etc from the pics. The handle seems to be missing a cap or rubber grip.
Agreed with Les, it's less than $50. It seems quite a few people join up here to ask for a value for an old machine, and are either disappointed that they don't have a gold mine, or just choose not to believe us and go ahead and try to sell a machine for an exorbitant price.
A piece of advice: orienting the bag and cord properly will make it look like it's in one piece. It kinda looks like it's falling apart in these pics. Also, don't run it much, the bearings are probably dry, and it'll need some attention before it can be used without destroying it.

I have that exact same model here at the New Museum Of Vacuums. It belonged to the late Stan Kann. They are somewhat under powered, especially when you consider the Vacuums that were out at the same time for sale. While it is an interesting machine, the one that everybody wants was the sweeper vac made in the 19‘s. Like 1918. That one was fundamentally different because it was infringing upon Hoover’s patents

This isn’t vacuum related directly, but that machine was made four days after my late great grandma Violet was born (September 5, 1924). I find that really neat honestly!

That's NOT the manufacture date. That's the PATENT date of the applicable patents listed.
The only way to tell when it was manufactured would be through the serial number.

Or a date code stamped on some part that you'd only see if you dismantled the whole thing, but yeah.
