i need help with these at work kinda there repair tech but never fixed these before please help me there turning on but then you have to reset them over and over again when they turn off whats the issue? i have email [email protected] if you can provide a video link to youtube that would be nice or a video you have yourself

I work with these machines in the janitorial field. when you say turn off and have to reset. How long are the machines running before having to do the reset. Also the sensor vacuum have circuit boards that can cause the problem.

These vacuums have thermo overload sensor which shuts down the machines when the air flow is restricted.

Hard to say.

I'm unsure with the advance machines, but i've worked on a few of the sensors/sebo G series. One of the common causes of them shutting down is the bag sensor. it's really nothing more than two metal contacts, a metallic disc, a plunger and a spring. When airflow through the regular airpath is restricted the pressure causes a plunger to pull that disc away from the contacts, the lack of continuity signals the board that there's restriction. Over time dirt can accumulate in this sensor and prevent electricity from flowing from the contacts to the disc.

It'd be hard to walk you through the steps to fix it but this sensor is a mostly clear plastic D-Shaped piece that's placed in the neck of the machine. You'll need to disassemble the machine, pull the neck out, then disassemble and clean the sensor.

If the bag light is not coming on potentially the cord, maybe the PCB
