Hi alll sorry for not posting pictures videos or any vacuum content sinc October my health has taken a down spiral ...... Kidney stone twice once in November on the 25 and 26 .Then agai n and worse pain i ever felt in December 29 now more pain on January 2 to 3 2026 .

No worries all test came back ok i am taking i t easy and on medication lots of fluids i will post picture of my recent asquisitiona kenmore a pro team shop vac and a totaly mint free electrolux ap 280 brown 2 speed all tools . Keep me in your prayers as i keep taking my medication and fluis to help my right Kidney . THANKS

I am better now a days , cut out chips (i miss them soooo much !!!! that and fries and pizza and orange crush pop !!! ) But i dont want the kidney stone to come back to bite me in the back it h urth wayyyy to much last time so diet time i have to this time thanks .

Speedy recovery to you! In Canada’s winters, it can get very very dry - especially inside a heated home or apartment. From my experience, we Canadians have to make sure we are hydrated by drinking lots of water. A good warm mist humidifier in your bedroom helps at night too. I have hypercalciurea which can cause bladder stones. So I make sure to “drink and pee” a lot to keep the system flushed. Even at dinner time, I drink hot water with a piece of lemon with my meal!

Antoine, I wish you best wishes for a speedy recovery. And hopefully you don't have to give up your favorite foods....I certainly love french fries, pizza and pop too!

kirbylux77 thanks alot so sweet i am trying to drink more fluids i hope i dont have to give up orange crush pop pizza and french fries for to long BUT if doctor says so i got no choice its either eat like a pig and get kidney stone risk more damage to my body or eat right and get better​

No problem Antoine, I try my best to be a nice guy LOL. I understand though your doctor's concerns and you wanting to make him happy and not risk your health. One little thing I was taught as a kid and that I go by is, everything in moderation! You don't have to give it up entirely, just make it that once in a while treat, not what you turn to everyday. Have a good night.

Warm lemon water. Now that is an idea!

And lemons give you vitamin c - plus they are really cheap! Just keep them in a bag in the refrigerator to last longer.

I have my lemons with sparkling water. Hmm, I will try warm water instead.
