Help Support VacuumLand:

I have

Asked him many times to post items for sale in supermarket .
I am being easy but he continually posts items for sale where
ever he pleases . Try to talk to your friend and explain how the site
works . I just showed a 12 yo collector how to use this site but
his parents didn't like the way some members mention adult things
instead of talking about vacuums so they won't allow him on this site
to read or post .

He aint a friend, I only bought off him inadvertently via ebay a couple of years back, not sure but he could have learning difficulties. Perhaps Unimatic1140 could PM him to explain the way the site works, and change his status to junior member? A little give and take is needed sometimes as members here are not all as keyed up as we are.

Perhaps Mr Citroenbx could use this thread to post his items for sale:

OMG CitroenBx That's nice! Well done on your vacs, the dyson collection is sooo nice! PS How much can I buy your DC25 for including postage to Birmingham?

Citroenbx - I don't buy Dysons any more I'm afraid, I'm just not happy with Dyson's ethics. I only want good quality German vacs like Miele and Sebo, and older UK built stuff like old Hoovers.

Enough now with this please...

Dan that is not your place to ask such a thing, if you believe a thread needs to be moved then you need to email me about it and I will make that decision. That goes for both whether to move thread or whether I need to say anything to that particular member.

That's ridiculous, unless I missed something, there is nothing x-rated posted in the forums, using the word "stud-muffin" in my book does not make a thread adult-rated. It's his parents who need to change, not the members of Vacuumland. If they are that freaked-out over something so silly, this poor child is going to have way more issues than just not being able to read Vacuumland for god sakes.[this post was last edited: 3/9/2014-18:39]
