Hi all, how are you doing this great Thanksgiving? I am making cookies for the little kids in my family. What are you all making?

Hi.

Started last night. We'll have home made pumpkin pie (grandfather had a bakery).. old recipes... sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, dressing, cranberry sauce, turkey.

Everything is made from scratch.

Stockpiling ingredients for the "cookie blitz". to happen soon.

My partner and I went out to Kobe Japanese steakhouse for dinner. Nothing else to do in town that wasn't fully booked.

Had some sushi, sake and Japanese twist Thanksgiving dinner

Macademia crusted turkey. Miso potatoes. Soy sesame sautéed brocolli. Shoyu cream sauce, ginger yuzo infused cranberry sauce

We put a turkey out in the smoker, and made some fresh green beans, carrots and corn along with stuffing and cranberry sauce. It was all very delicious.

Didn't do any get togethers this year due to the "V". But we had some beautiful weather all weekend.
