I recently noticed something. I always thought Royal only had one green model in their metal upright line. Turns out they actually had more. So I'm curious if someone here knows of how many Royals had their metal uprights in green and what are the differences between all of them?

Alex,

The first green Royal metal upright began with the model 882 in 1991 that replaced the previous 883 (which looked mostly similar to the 881 but with a different motor and the bigger front wheels).

Then a year later, there was the model 8801AE that replaced the previous 85103 that had the light blue bag (same as what first debuted on the 886 and 887 in 1987). The front of the bag reads "Royal - Anniversary Edition."

I noticed a few more models since I did some digging online. There was a 89135C that's 9 amps, a 2000 that's 8.7 amps and it's also a anniversary edition, and a 2008 that's 7 amps. Was there ever a 10 amp version? And possibly one with a headlight?
