Hoover convertible bearings,,
I hope this helps,,But I have to warn you,,be real carefull! On the top bearing of the motor, I just use turbine oil,,it soaks into the bearing real well. On the bottom, I end up placing the bottom case over a board with a 1 1/2 inch hole in it,,you then have to bend the retaining tabs of the bearing holder upright, and push the entire metal down out of the plastic case,, then you can access the bearing and pack it with proper grease. Keep in mind this only works on the ones with tabs. The beater bar bearings cana be easlily removed by unscrewing the end caps,remove the retaining clips and push the bearing out, Most have small covers, and you have to insert the oil bewteen the washer and the bearing case..
