Well, this turned my good morning into a great morning.

2:1 Polyvinyl Chloride Ultra-Clear Heatshrink Tubing

I wish I knew about this when I was working at a vacuum cleaner store.
I know that some of the customers would have loved this.
I think it would be the perfect solution to braided hose leakage.

On that note, they have brown braided hose sleeves, which I am going to use for my custom Filter Queen hose. I decided that I am going to splice 2 electric FQ hoses together using butt-splice connectors for the wire, a friction fit connector and then shrinkwrap for the splice to keep it in place. I am going to cover it with a brown braided sleeve. That will give me a 12' brown braided electric FQ hose! Who could ask for more?
