I accidently came across this listing, its for a General Electric Canister Vacuum that I thought was beautiful! Of all things it was in the "Vacuum tube" listing. The seller put it in the wrong catagory, but its really a gorgeous vacuum cleaner! Yes I love G.E.! Here is a picture of the listing!

Stunning!

That looks like it would still smell new! I'm way over-budget this month otherwise I'd be in jumping into the bidding war for that prize!

The seller emailed me saying it belonged to his Aunt and she took very good care of everything she had. I can tell!!! It has a bid right now of $75 on it and has 9 hours to go. Here are his other pictures.

WOW. It Is gorgeous. And that's a model close to my heart, as it was the one the family owned whose house I "broke into" when I was about 11 years old to see their new vacuum cleaner!! I do have one in very nice condition, but nowhere nearly as nice as this one.

Yes, I'd have to agree, this will be money well spent by a vacuum cleaner collector. A machine of that vintage (mid to late 1960s) in such gorgeous condition is, dare I say, a once-in-a-lifetime find.
