free kirby duel sanatronic in toledo

Hi i have a duel sanatronic project i just lost interest on it. Its free to any member on here local pick up toledo oh

What exactly does it need? DS-50 or 80?

80 it needs cleaned up from oxidation and the handle wont stay up on its own its all there tho

It has the logo that lights up on the light hood

That's a 1964 Dual-Sanitronic 50, 1964 was the only year Kirby had the light-up logo on the head-lamp.

Would that make it at least a little rare then

I wouldn't say rare,

think how many Sanitronic 50's were cranked out of the factory in 1964, and the Dual 50 ran from 64 to 67 (Replacing the Sanitronic VII and seceded by the Sanitronic 80). if it ran for 3 years, that would logically make 1/3 of all Sanitronic 50's having the 1964 Head-lamp-in-cap. 1/3 of All Sanitronic 50's, not rare, but nice to have.
