Found this in a loft of property I just bought. Any thoughts on a value? Or should I donate to museum etc?

Welcome! That's a very nice early electric stick vacuum. I would donate it to a museum - it looks like a reproduction of the bag will have to be made since it's got a couple patches on it already, and due to the age of the cleaner it will need to be rewired for sure.
