Found a wildcat

I found a wildcat at a vac shop recently. It was in the spare parts room in a corner covored in dust. It had a tag on it saying store display model. I guess this place had been a fantom dealer and kept that one as a demo. Anyhow it's not hardly been used. Still has that new plastic smell when you turn it on. Very clean on the inside, however it does have a partly melted end cap on the brush. It had some string wrapped up. It still works fine but I fear it may get worse. A neat vac that I'm glad to add.

The friction from the string likely melted that, it overheated enough to warp the plastic as the motor spun the roller.
