Yes, Billy, there is.

There are 2 things you can do.
If you care to, you may "report" any thread, by hitting "report".
Or, you may email Robert, the owner of the site, who is also the webmaster.

I'm not really sure.

I think you may "contact" when you first enter the site.
Perhaps someone else can jump in.
People have "reported" a post if it is: insulting, bashing, etc". If you look at the rules, that's all very clear.
Some choose not to follow rules. But......................

I have, but, choose to ignore them. Some problems a caused by non-paying members. Vacuumland isn't making a dime, and other members are harassed, etc.....
