That one came from England, due to it being made by Hoover PLC in 2002, years after its split from our Hoover arm following the "Free Flights" disaster.
It's possible it came from England, but I'm pretty sure the pictures were taken in France when I found them online.
Technically these were sold in multiple brands including Sebo. In the US, they were sold under as Powr-Flite, Sandia, Bissell, my personal favorite Oreck, etc.
Never seen either one before, fascinating! It looks as the Telios was sold in other countries according to the wattage but the Runabout was sold here in the US according to the amps. Very much reminds me of the orange S1361 canister that I knew Hoover sold here before and it looks very similar to both of those other ones, they're probably made by the same manufacture which I don't know who it is.
Don't think I've ever seen either of those before as well. I knew Home Depot sold a orange Farrington Windtunnel Self-Propelled model before but I don't think there's videos of that one on YouTube. Unless if someone just recently did and I haven't checked yet.
Two more Hoovers that I also don't think are on YouTube, at least not anymore. A green Windtunnel Widepath LS upright and this Steamvac that was only sold through HSN.
There's that. Those Runabout pics I found online that are essentially rebadged Fold Away, Telios, Windtunnel/Tempo, Spirit, Sprint upright, and Futura machines, they're kind of a rarity. All I know is that they were Kmart exclusives back in the day.
THere usued to be old QVC photos of the hoovers they sold in the 1990s and the turbopower 5200 was one of them. Theres some photos of it on flickr as well. Surprisingly that one is more common than the Widepath LS. My aunt had the version with no dirt finder, the 5100. So did my mother before a screw was sucked up and burnt the belt out.
