I don't recommend using a vacuum with bad bearing for very long. Bearings are not too expensive, so I suggest that you have the bearing replaced as soon as you can if you want to use it as your 'daily driver'.

Front bearings are easy to sort out, strip the motor down, pull the front bearing out, replace it with a new one and that's that sorted, the rear one needs a small motor puller though, see example link below, but as per the front, pull it off, replace with new, tap it on carefully and you're done...
