btw how good are the FAMs? Do they wash the floor better than the Floor Mate or Floor Washer?

UPS won't return anything to the sender unless you refused delivery 3 times. If they left you a call tag, sign it and stick it on your door for the next day. It says to do that right on the instructions.

I went through two of the floor a matics in my time. Very good machine for scrubbing and wet pickup IF you kept the pick up area clean. Big if there - forget to clean it one time and you need toothpicks, nutpicks etc. to clean out all the little holes. I personally didn't think they did a very good job on carpets but, then again, I have had an Electrolux carpet shampooer (actually, I'm on my third model) for over 30 years as comparison. I wish they were still made!
