Model E?
Recently I purchased a Speed Queen after our Maytag Neptune went kaput.
I registered with Automatic site which lead me to this site. While perusing for a few minutes here I knew I wanted a small vintage vacuum. I scoffed at the idea that I would be able to find one. That worked.
What do you know. I went to an estate sale today and there underneath a table next to a brand new Dyson was this lonely Electrolux. The daughter of the house assured me it worked and that she had used it as a kid. Lol. So we talked a bit and let it go for $30. This will be used primarily for detailing the car. Better than any Black & Crapper plastic made in china one.I also wanted something that wasn't a huge shop vac like I have.
This vacuum hums beautifully. Interior of the canister is spotless. Pretty sure it doesn't have all the attachments and I asked if it had the rear cylinder that I see in other pics. She said no it never came with it.
Anyway super excited I found one on my first outing and it WORKS! SWEET!
Any advice to keep it in this shape is appreciated.
