This is my 1964, chrome top, Rainbow model D. I decided to use it today, because I was just in one of those moods. I'm sure glad I did. It's the first vacuum I have used in this new year. It is complete and original, and includes the shag rug tool, as well as the floor scrubber/squeegee attachment.

The President welcomes in the new year!

My first daily driver of 2015 is my Apex President. He's resting in a prominent place looking for attention!

I used my Aerus Guardian Platinum today after taking down the Christmas tree and all the decorations. I've been waiting and waiting for the bag full light to come on and it finally did today....after 8 months using the same bag. The bags may look small but a lot of dirt sure does get packed into them. I replaced it with one of the new Hepa cloth bags.
