Last of my mad money

it cost me a lil over $5
rest I had on paypal balance from selling unised things around the house..LOL

Still the one I missed was the same one but it had more attacments & they were metal & it had the regular wands
& I think some silly filter queen old thingy polisher

Arrgh
be still my heart!!!!!!
I should have bid higher on that one
but I guess it was not meant to be...

Looks like a cord winder too...Hah????
its got a modern wheel base so guess its not very old

luv it!

just got it out of the box
wanted to share w everyone
just a lil cleanup
no rust
its original & will look like new...

has every attachment but round brish
thats not to hard to find
& floor brush is huge
never saw one like it

hope it runs

lol

works

;)

used my hose for now
will wipe off other & have to check power nozzle & belt before I operate
so that nothing weird happens
hopefully won't habe to fix that motor...LOL

It's nice

suction is about the same as my other
its pretty good

I;m happy
oooh & the floor brush is about 3 inches wider than standard

& cord winder works
thats a good thing!

its a sweet machine

all tools excepot the dusting brush
A bonus was the floor nozzle & a small curved wand not pictured in auction
its a huge floor nozzle

I have a dusting brush from mine
but my crevice has a bad metal lug
still you know it stays in the wand just by pure suction!

So all I really need to have both complete is a crevice & dust brush

Its really been taken care of

You can see the paint is worn inside from the rush of the dirty air
quite remarkable

I put in a new cone
secondary looked clean & wasn't even on right
it fell off so installed that properly
& wiped any dust

cordwonder is on bottom

so its a more solid dolly on top
has some foam cushio on top of it

under it the cord winder cannister
have only taken as much cord as I need now
has to fix the plug its a replacement & wire was hanging out a bit
so opened it up & taped it & moved the wires so they fir in better & closed it up

the motor unit has a cord w a plug that goes down to base of dolly & plugs into the cord winder

cool

I'll get pics later

really busy now

haven't even test PN yet

its a G48

blew out hose
it was clean
looks a bit different
doesn't say filter queen but its a good one
pigtails don't come out of this one
hose has small lines on it

the tetal on the first pics is the cord release
pulls cord in

I really like this machine

Floor nozzle is wood n metal n rubber

never saw one like that...thought it was hard rubber
not sure but on edge bit wear n blonde looks like wood

borrom is rubber w bristle & is screwed to top metal plate

odd?

for Dave ye cordwinder

I luv this machine
Sorry
been so busy
inpsection mananna

Ordinarily
I will bore you with pics of my childvacs

LOL

This is the bottom as it came unwiped

It;s meticulous!
this machine is just so sweet!

now why did they stop doing that......

I have a newer Filter Queen and I think the one thing I hate about it is that you have to take the crevice tool out of the caddy and unwind the cord. And when you are done vacuuming you have to rewind the cord around the vacuum. One would think for what they cost they would have left the cord winder.

I agree

Have to unwind the cord all the way too
as the top gets hot & it can heat the wire & shorten its life span

Poor location to keep a cord

Does make the dolly heavier though

I can hardly pick this guy up

I need a good dolly for my other one as one wheel is bent & it hobbles across the rug

yeah, guess winder was an option

love the machine
It's unatural I know
but to me these machines have identities & personas
I do love them & each one holds a special place in my heart..

Been so busy today
haven't even tried power nozzle & missed out on the missing brush for this unit only to hope that the right one will find its way to me.

now I got 2 machines to try to complete
this one just needs a dust brush
which I'm using from my other crippled one which I have to help across the roomwhich I don't mind as I need the filtration...lol This caddy won't do it any good
especially this mmachine has now established itself as Filter King in my clan of vacs...LOL

My electroluxes don't capture the fine bird powder problem I have been having. Shake out Kirbys are fun & so is the old Hoover 63
but I need a cannister to get the fine stuff

So I am now officially a filter queen lover

Bonus is lo speed so as to be able to vacuum late...

For filter queen I think the cordwinder might have been problematic for many
I'm sure you can fix those
Everyone cordwinder I can recall seeing didn;t work

I was surprised by the cordwinder after I bought it noticed the additional pedal on bottom. So I guess the other machine I missed was just there to get me to keep my eye out for the one that was supposed to come into my life.

I do believe in destiny & I'm can only hope that a cord winder caddy is will find its way to you too...
