Hoping someone might know something about this item I picked up. I've search everywhere and can't find info. All I can find are buffer/vacuum, this one has no vacuum! It shows as a Model P3. I would like to know some history on this and if it holds any value.

I don't know anything about this machine but will say that if you would soak the bristle-brushes in a bucket of warm water overnight, they will spring back to life. Then don't store it resting on the brushes! SO many people do that and I can't understand why.

I have several Fillery machines in my collection the canister model 254, The upright model VP1 (which was also a polisher with the flip of a lever), and the smaller polisher type 273. All were produced and sold around 1950. As yours is the matching colour I would suspect it was produced at about the same time.

Electrolux137 - Thanks for the tip! i'll give that a shot to hopefully bring the bristles back to linf.

Collector2 - THanks for the pictures of your collection. During my searches I came across those same pictures hence surprised I can't find any others like the one I have! Surely Fillery didn't only make one of these?! Have you come across any others like mine?
