I got this today complete with attachments for $10 the only problem is the brush roll motor keeps cutting of when i push the vac forward i even taped the switch on the circuit board down and it still does it but the cyclone xts are rare in my area and it is the 2nd one i have ever seen

if its a simple two wire switch, just twist them togather and forget. if its a circuit breaker, check to see what is causing the overheating, if you cant find a problem bypass the breaker (or replace it)

my parents had one for a few weeks, it was cool, but it clogged pretty easy.

I found this same model when dumpster diving behind one of our local vacuum stores the other day.I don't have alot of room for more in my collection so I left it though.

ok i have looked at the circuit board again and the brush will run until i push it forward but when i tried it with the hood off it will continue to run even when i push it forward im starting to think im going to need a new circuit board
