I'm an upright only kind of guy...tanks, canisters...etc really don't interest me. But I found this old Fairfax at a flea market locally. It's been here for probably a year or two. The owner originally was asking in the ballpark of $300-$350. It is now marked down to $150. Still way too much for this kind of machine for me.

I just bought one like that with all attachments plus shampooer only used 4or 5 times for $50.00 they are no longer in buisness to get parts.he might have trouble getting that much.

Fairfax vacuum are still being made...

I keep hearing that they aren't in business anymore, but thats not true actually, the company that currently owns Fairfax is still making them as well as selling other brands stuff as well, here's the link to the Fairfax section of the manufacturer's website.

Here is mine I got for $50 used 4 times the lady didnt like canister type used her panasonic all the time wouldnt use this at all some attachments are new. as is the shampooer. I have another fairfax gave to me I get it this week.some attachments I had already.one squeegee one upholstry tool one dusting brush 2 wall brushes and shampooer set up. the new attachments were with this vac. I had and the extra bumper I got from tania voight. very nice lady if anyone has an extra I need one more red crevice tool for a fairfax. thank you
