So, Eureka has launched a new thing called the MyVac. You go to this website, and it outlines your options:
- bagged / bagless
- carpet only / multifloor
- standard tools / pet tools
- 27 ft. Automatic Rewind Cord or 35 ft. regular wrap cord
All of this is being done on the chassis of the AirSpeed family of machines. While I have no experience with these machines, I feel from a product development standpoint that not only is this underwhelming in terms of a product launch (compared to the new Bissell machines, Hoover's new Air PN canister & QuietForce canister, etc...) it also is just kind of slap in the face to the history of this once proud manufacturer.
This has promise though, they could do this with a canister series as well, giving you PN or no PN and things like that.
I am including a link to the Eureka Website where they have outlined all the choices. It should be interesting to see how it goes for them.
As always, thoughts, commentary, etc... are welcomed and encouraged.
