Which one Alex?
Eureka has often "recycled" names for which they already have a copyright, and the name "Whirlwind" even goes back to ancient times, I think! LOL! Another citizen of Vacuumland can probably correct me on this if I am wrong, but I think one of Eureka's earliest uprights from the 1920's was called the "Whirlwind."
Eureka re-used the name later in the 1990's when they started introducing bagless vacs. So you are probably talking about one of those "Victory" style, "bag-first" uprights that Eureka modified with a bagless dirt collector (it had the "Back-Saver" handle on it).
There was also a bagless Swedish Electrolux canister that Eureka married to an Express power nozzle and also called it the Whirlwind Canister.
