Eureka vanguard cordaway!

I just received my eureka vanguard with cordaway that i won on ebay! This beauty has AMAZING suction and has some scratches but i can just polish them out.

I had one a couple of years ago...bought it at a thrift store for $10. Unfortunately I sold it and regret it. They're great machines!!!

Great upright!Eureka Sanitaire style continues to be great but something about the period above seems to be the ultimate.
Helpful Hint--Make SURE the replacement plug is tight and rewind gently.You DO NOT want the plug to pop off with the cord continuing into winder.Or tie a loose knot at top of cord so that will bump and not the replaced plug(similar idea of first Elux G bumper & plug).

Yes the plug is in fact quite loose! Ill try that so thanks alot for the tip!
