I never knew Eureka sold a kitchen garbage disposal.

What I find interesting about this advertisement is the tool conversion system it shows for the Automatic upright. It shows a "pan converter" for the hose - from way back in the 1950's! Eureka tried all sorts of alternatives for another 10 years, until they finally went back to the original pan converter system in the late 1960's. Verrrrry interesting!!!

Seems like E took some liberties with that ad. It "desmudges" greasy dirt? You don't have to remove anything to use the attachments, but you have to add some!

How did it walk by itself? Was it selfpropelled like a Hoover?

probably the way most beater bar equipped vacuums do a bit if they have a good belt, and bristles, unless they are too heavy.
