The blue colour is definitely early 1960's. I would guess anytime between 1960 and 1965.
That's an odd hose. It appears to be off-white or tan, made of woven cloth. All the examples of this model I've ever seen had a matching blue woven-vinyl hose with white tracing. There was an earlier model that was green that had the same style of hose, e.g., green woven-vinyl with light gray tracing.

I remember seeing an ad from about 1962 that says something like'First pick VibraBeat,then pick the Eureka'. It showed the VB being available with the large round canister,type H bag canister and the above.
The hose above is genuine Eureka from about 1970.Looks like a nice vac.It's almost impossible to find all the atts AND the caddy AND the instructions!
