The story behind this Sanitaire: Back in March of 2012, my I had went to visit my aunt. Before I left, she asked me if I could do her a favor and fix her vac. I said Ok. She said that her daughter borrowed it w/o asking. While she was vacuuming she had picked up a fucking bolt that made the fan explode into pieces thus shattering the base. So after she told her mom then told me, I got straight to fixing. I had changed the base from OEM black to a "Quick Kleen" base and installed a new clear Lexan fan. Now this time her daughter did the same shit again and made the bag fill tube explode, I don't know about the fan but I'm pretty sure it exploded too. This needs a new bag which I may go with S/O, possibly a new cord, the hood (Not sure, I'll think about it), and a new light bulb. Oh yeah, this has the metal motor.
