I see mention several times about this company and suggestions to buy parts. I understood only dealers/shops can order parts.

How are you all being able to buy parts (if you are)?

Electric Service Sweeper Company is a wholesale only supplier of vacs and parts to the industry. They require a state tax certificate for resale, which means you must have a retail business as well as register in your state for the collection and remittance of sales tax to the state department of revenue.

Not to drift too far, trying not to confuse.

You can also try Hesco inc.  (Janitorial supplies) .  They don't require you have a tax ID, and will sell to the public.  They have a large supply, or at least used to , of vacuum parts and supplies.   Since they revamped the website, it's not as organized, but I have ordered from them in the past, and have been satisfied.
