1964, Model G (tan)--most are in agreement that the copyright year had not been changed from the last edition of the aqua Model G manual, as general consensus is that the tan version debuted in 1967:

1960, Model R--interestingly, the power nozzle cord receptacle was located on the side as opposed to the first Model G's front receptacle; plastic cord and hose clips:

Thanks for your information, John. I thought that reply #13 was 1968, but I wasn't sure. I found most of the pics on eBay and just went by the years, if any, that were listed. As for the Olympia One, I thought you'd mentioned before that it debuted in April 1978. Also, somewhere I had read from another person on Vacuumland that the original Olympia One manual didn't have pics on the cover.

I'd hoped you'd offer information and am also hoping that you will be able to add to what I have posted so far.
