Well I dont know where you get your info from, but the Dyson DC24 measures 110cm height by 34.9cm width with the Vax Mach Air being 112cm by 33.5cm width. The Vax is only that little bit taller. The Dyson DC33 is much bigger. Past threads on here indicate that the DC24 and the Vax Mach Air are very similar (http://www.vacuumland.org/cgi-bin/TD/TD-VIEWTHREAD.cgi?7460)

I mean if you put the vax and the dc24 side by side the dc24 looks smaller, I wasn't being super-serious!

I know lol i seen it in currys and the dc24 is light, im suprised the vax is 0.01 lighter!

The Vax is also substantially cheaper to buy as well!
