The unit with the drill, circular saw, hedge clipper, etc. was a later version called the Turb-O-Tool. It was introduced during the late run of the Model E-Automatic, finished in hammertone blue.
When the Model F came out, the Turb-O-Tool's colors were changed to match the Model F and more accessories were added, including a new (and wholly useless!) rug shampooer setup. The name was also slightly simplified to Turbotool.
When the Model G came out, the Turbotool was continued for a while with the same color scheme but with some turquoise accents.
Then the Rug Washer was introduced, which had a built-in shampoo tank and a larger brush. The "focus on functionality" was changed from floor polisher to rug shampooer, although a set of floor polishing brushes was still provided.
The Rug Washer was sold for many years, at least as late as the Grand Marquise [that's the newest version I've seen], its colors changing over time to match the current model. It's surprising that so many of these were sold considering what a lousy job of shampooing they did. I guess that was thanks to fast-talk, high-pressure salesmen!
