Electrolux Olympya One Motor problems

My Electrolux Olympya One is making this weird noise when its running, when i turn it off it sounds like the one of the fans are grinding against something i took it a part and could not find anything the carbon brushes were still good.

It could be something in the fan assembly. Red arrow in pic.


Taking it apart can be done, but everything needs to be marked.

Thanks, Where can i find bearings for this type of Aerus Electrolux motor if i were to replace the bearings. the video of what it sounds like is in the link below

It doesn't sound like the bearings. As the motor winds down, you can hear the bearings, and they sound fine.


That noise sounds like one of the aluminum fan blades scraping.
