When we relocated to West Palm Beach Fla ( age 13) two neighbors owned this model. I admired the look of the machine and I’ve wanted this particular model for some time. Well that time has finally arrived!

Very nice and complete!Great vac with same hose and attachments as the deluxe Olympia.At one time in the early 80s there was a special on the Special at $299 with Power Nozzle and $199 with standard hose and no PN.This was when the Olympia with deluxe trim,built in cordwinder and automatic control was about $459.The special cordwinder was sometimes a 'trade item' in that if you traded the old vac the winder was free.
If your brown Special is lonely there is a gray Special on EBay today also in AMAZING condition.
