One of my friends asked me a few days ago if I had any interest in some old vacuum cleaners from her late fathers estate. Naturally I said YES. I got there and found a huge pile of stuff that filled my trunk, back seat, and front seat. There were many attachments and hoses for stuff I actually needed, a complete Lux 1205, a Hudson canister, Hoover floor polisher, and even a very nice Electrolux PN1 which I plan to put on my G when I get it. I'm glad she called before they got scrapped!

Nice load of machines and parts.This shows what could have been used in typical homes from the 50s-70s.
The 1205 is hard to find complete and with book.The R was the first non automatic Elux with Power Nozzle outlet.
The Hoover is among the best 2 brush polishers and yours is one of the more attractive colors.
Even more rare are the cardboard attachment caddys.The Eureka is for early 60s uprights before the height knob was moved to the front.The GE caddy is only for the last tank(square & dark brown)that first used the new attachments that would next be used on the first Swivel Tops(when they were a $99 vac in 52).The small nozzle with bristles was only used on this last tank and the first Mo 815 canister.The C-1,2,3,etc had less atts,lower prices and later added wheels and introduction of standard as well as deluxe models.
