This is the last of three Electrolux Model Vs that I have had. I decided to give it a "quickie makeover."

There were two variations of the Model V -- one had permanent runners and one had detachable runners to use it as an upright -- the world's first Stick Vac!

I fixed one of those

For Charles in 95 when I spent two wonderful weeks in LA, they really are a primitive design, kind of like a sewing machine motor wit fans attached to the shaft, one of the leads from the field coils had broken and I had to use tweezers to pull enough wire out to re attach it, tedious!!!
