I have...

this model (color), I found the long single piece plastic wand on Ebay which is permanently attached to the PN. The PN is the turquoise PN for a 1205, so I have yet to change the color. I will be checking out the automotive parts store spray paint collecting for a better match.

Thanks for sharing....BTW, your place looks spotless.

Hey there 🙂 I would like to locate a matching PN for mine but I just use the PN4. It works better anyway. I would like to find a tan vinyl hose because the woven hose has had it. Thanks for the props. I try to keep it clean!!

My hose....

was a score, according to Tom Gasko, these were aftermarket hoses made in Mexico. Newer than OEM.

I am sure you will find a matching PN on Ebay or from some generous member.

With some careful preparation, I think there are spray paints out there that are made for fabric and or vinyl. What ever you do, do not spray spray rubber on the outside to stop leaks. The hose will stiffen up because the braiding "freezes".

Restoring braided hoses...

IF you search the archives, you will find several posts concerning several ways to reseal the inside of the older hoses.

I have yet to find a better, cleaner delivery system to blow rubber sealant inside the hoses I have. I also have been to busy to do it.

My window to work in the shop is reduced to early morning before the HEAT drives me inside. I love Spring and Fall....only.

I have access to a Power Nozzle if you want it. A Local shop is good about keeping those items in the back room. It shouldn't cost much. I'll look next time I'm there!
I do love all versions of the G, I have a lovely Turquoise one, and I'm in the process of getting a Hospital G (Thank you, H dear...)

The Hospital model was much quieter because of the exhaust filter in the back. It was, at that time, made of fiberglass. I used a HEPA bag, and cut to fit. It's so quiet you almost can't hear it running. And, it had a ten foot hose.

My grandmother had one of the last Turquoise Hospital G's ever produced before the change to tan. They had just moved houses, and she wanted the new home as clean as possible. Hers had the Pn-1 and strangely a standard G hose that I still have today.

Hey guys...thanks a lot for the feedback and info. I L O V E the Hospital Model G ! It looks cool. I love the color !

vacuumlad1650 : I sent you an email re the PN. Thanks so much for this info! Can you let me know if the dealer would happen to have the tan and dark brown Upholstery Brush?

Thanks guys

Those Hospital G...

filters look like toasted bread slices. I would prefer the white version (vacuum, I mean).

Thanks for sharing info, Tom. Thanks Keith for sharing pictures of your collection! Keep em coming.
