From my Craigslist listing:
Electrolux Model G. Operates with great suction, and does so very quietly. Comes with everything pictured, including new bags.
Problems:
*Although there is great suction at the front end of the canister, apparently suction is lost along length of hose.
*The end of the canister does not automatically pop open when the bag is full, so I bypassed the plastic tubing, so the cover stays closed.
*Retractable power cord does not automatically fully retract.
$10. I have a good-size box, into which I can safely fit everything. I can ship it, but I'd have to estimate the cost. I think it weighs 30 lbs. total.
I saved this vacuum from when I was cleaning out our family TV & appliance business. I am a member of automatic washer group, so I am not really a vacuum collector. If anyone is interested, you could send me an email, as listed in my profile.
