I had these two swivel connectors, one was the older style with a friction fit for the wand.


The other was broken. (no idea how, that is how I found it)


You know the story, they get loose over time. Both of these had seen better days.


I made one out of two, and greased & tightened the swivel connector as well.


good for another 20+ years.

I do not know how it became broken, it came in a miscellaneous box of Electrolux parts.


The connector parts are made of pot metal, which is can crack if you are not careful.
