The 1952 LX manual is essentially the same except the Cover & colour line drawings show the side trim in red and yellow, as the debut LXs had.
Also, the 49 page manual has a double page explanation about the Basement & Attic key. This was before the aluminum machined dial (later changed to a clear plastic dial). Aluminum dial machines are as rare as an Attic & basement key or the un-upgraded machines they work with)

The next 'version' of the manual that came with the LX with colours side trim in late 1952/53 - that had the dial added as a dealer recall free upgrade or original installation for sale - had an additional slip-in insert sheet (that was later re-printed in 1954/55 - substituting for the Attic & Basement Key center page entirely when the printing order was shuffled and the colour was removed from the side trim.

You can see how clumsily the red & yellow side logo was whited out in the 1955 manual
