You can still order those from vac suppliers like hesco,essco/star for parts. They are generic but seem to be decent bags. Not sure if elux makes genuine anymore.

You will have to specify what type of upright though. If you say old style they will think you mean discovery models. They love to hire people that hardly know what a vacuum is let alone what bags it takes. Or at least I've had many problems with them in the past.

i think some one here posted that lux no longer makes the old style upright bags, some dealers may still have some in stock though

Follow link below to get the bags for the first generation of Electrolux USA uprights (1977-c.1985). The distinguishing characteristics are the oval-shaped opening (instead of the standard round) and the 18" length (as opposed to the current 10" - 12" lengths). As far as I know they were "Style U". I don't recall any product code or other designation. Perhaps someone else has a photo of the authentic Electrolux bag of this style from years ago. They are, in fact, discontinued by Aerus.
